Production Time

All Gameday Avenue products are custom-made to order.
Orders are typically processed within 1–4 business days before shipping.

Peak Season Notice
During high-demand periods—especially Q4 (holiday season)—production times may be extended.


Standard Shipping

Once production is complete, most orders ship within:

  • 1–5 business days after production

Shipping time varies depending on:

  • Carrier performance

  • Delivery location

  • Seasonal carrier delays

We cannot guarantee delivery dates, as transit times are controlled by the shipping carrier.


Expedited Processing & Shipping (Optional)

This paid upgrade prioritizes your order for faster delivery.

  • Priority handling: Your order enters the production queue immediately

  • Faster delivery: Ships via FedEx 2-Day Shipping

  • U.S. only: Available in all 50 states — No international expedited service


Domestic Shipping

  • Free U.S. shipping is included in our product pricing — no extra setup or hidden fees.

  • All orders ship directly from our U.S. production facility.

  • Carriers may include UPS, FedEx, or USPS, based on package type and delivery speed.

📦 No PO Boxes
Metal art products ship in specialty packaging.
Because of this, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.
A valid physical street address is required.

Package Protection (Optional Upgrade)

Adding Package Protection gives customers peace of mind and helps ensure their order is covered against shipping issues.
Customers can choose between Package Protection and Package Protection Plus during checkout.

Important Policy Notes

  • Remake orders must use the original design from the order.
    No modifications or changes can be made to remake items.

  • Powder coat defects and rust are only covered under Package Protection Plus.

  • Theft after delivery is not covered under any package protection option.


How to Request Replacement Support

If your sign arrives damaged, we’re here to help.

Please contact Gameday Avenue Support with the following:

  1. Clear photos of the damaged product

  2. Photos of the shipping box and packaging

  3. Your order number

If the damage is confirmed as a production or transit issue, a remake will be issued.
